“Prosperity Forever Committed to Excellence”
A first-generation entrepreneur, Prabhu Paulraj is the Founder and Managing Director
of MGP who oversees the entire operations. From humble beginnings in 2011, Prabhu Paulraj
has presided over the company’s growth to South Chennai’s leading real estate developer with
a sales turnover of Rs. 40 crores in FY 2019- 2020, a base of 1500+ happy customers, executed more
than 600 residential projects and over 5 million sq. ft. delivered.
KRISHNAMURTHY
Head - Legal
Krishnamurthy has joined MGP in the year 2011 as a Legal Head.
He is a well-accomplished Business Administration Graduate from
Madras University. Prior to MGP, he has worked with M/s. Margadarsi
finance and chits private limited. He brings with him over 14 years
of experience in various roles. His primary contribution to MGP is given
by his efficacy in analysing and identifying the legal risks and implications
of all of the business’s transaction. He is tasked with the implementation of
key legal processes that relate to legal drafting, deed of sale, settlement
of agreements. Also, he is very keen to enhance the capability spectrum of
MGP and proactively takes measures to ensure the Organization is future-ready
in every aspect.

NETHAJI
Head - Project Management
Nethaji has joined MGP in the year 2014 as a Project Head.
He is a highly
skilled Engineering Graduate from Anna University having 15 years hands
on experience in Project Management. Nethaji oversees the engineering &
construction activity for the company and plays a key role in the design
review, cost estimation, obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate
authorities, project management and construction delivery of all projects.
He coordinates all aspects of the project from hiring and scheduling to ordering
materials, overseeing of subcontractors and generally keeping all phases of the
project running smoothly and according to schedule. He has a resolute interest in
realizing the company’s goals and mission. Prior to MGP, he has worked with RHTEIPL.
